Follow events and manage Live Pulse activity
Live Pulse is an in-app activity view for eligible signed-in members. Following an event, pool or tournament is separate from email and push preferences.
Before you start
- Use an eligible member account on a supported member page.
What to do
- Use Follow on an available event, pool or tournament, then open Live Pulse to inspect activity.
- In Following, mute or unmute an item to control its updates, or unfollow it when you no longer want to follow it.
- Open an activity item or mark it read. Dismiss an item, or use Remove all to clear the displayed activity when intended.
- Refresh the activity list or use Retry if an error is shown.
Pulse is not on every page
The control is not offered on every route, including public, Admin, Legal and sign-in surfaces. Missing UI on those pages is not proof that a follow was removed.
Nothing new appears
Check following and mute settings, access and the loading/error state. Empty activity is not a guarantee that no event happened. Live Pulse does not guarantee an external notification or extend a prediction deadline.
