Manage organization administrators and transfer ownership

What to do

1. Open League Office and the correct organization. Check its active status and administrator-seat usage.
2. Invite an administrator using the offered controls. A pending invitation reserves a seat; revoke it if it should no longer be accepted.
3. To change owner, first ensure the intended administrator has accepted. Use Transfer ownership and read the confirmation before submitting.
4. Check the resulting owner and administrator list after confirmation.

Remove an administrator or leave

Removing an administrator revokes their pending organization invitations but preserves pool memberships. An administrator can leave; an owner must arrange an accepted administrator and transfer ownership before leaving.

Transfer and suspended access

Ownership transfer makes the recipient the sole owner and the previous owner an administrator, revoking the previous owner’s pending invitations. Capacity and current entitlement are rechecked. A suspended organization’s owner can use the offered Resume action when eligible.
