Change your password securely
Use Account security in Profile when you know your current password. Use password reset when you do not.
Before you start
- Sign in and have your current password available.
What to do
- Open Profile and find Account security.
- Enter your current password, then a new password and its confirmation.
- Correct any validation message and submit the change.
- Follow the success message and sign in again if requested. Update your password manager.
The change is rejected
Check the current password and that the new entries match the displayed requirements. A failed or unconfirmed request is not proof that the password changed.
Keep credentials private
Do not send passwords, reset links or verification links to support or other players. If you no longer know the current password, use Reset your password.
