Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling an ongoing subscription, exercising withdrawal rights and claiming remedies for delay or defects are different rights. This information applies to consumer subscriptions in Norway.

How to cancel
Use the available subscription-management facility or contact support@northvektorlabs.com. Provide enough information to identify the subscription; do not send passwords or payment-card details. Cancellation must be straightforward, including through a suitable communication channel used by the seller. We route enquiries internally, so you do not need to resend your request to another address.
There is no binding period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling a monthly subscription stops the next renewal, and paid access ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid period. This does not limit stronger mandatory withdrawal rights, rights to earlier termination or remedies for delay or defects. An annual subscription ends when we receive your cancellation, or on a later date you expressly request. Paid access under that annual subscription ends on that date. We refund the unused fraction of the annual amount actually paid, proportionally to the unused time in the paid period at the effective cancellation date. Unrelated Free access or access granted without charge on another basis is preserved. Stronger mandatory rights remain unaffected.
You can also use the available subscription-management controls from Billing & access by selecting Open Stripe billing. If you want an annual subscription to end immediately with a proportional refund, and the billing portal offers only cancellation at the end of the period, email support. A limitation in the portal does not change your cancellation rights.
Access after cancellation
Access continues until cancellation takes effect under the agreement and the law. Advance payment for a period does not restrict a right to earlier lawful termination and any settlement due. A failed renewal payment does not itself extend paid access. Free access or access granted without charge on another basis is considered separately.
Check your subscription status and contact support@northvektorlabs.com about discrepancies. Payment-provider delays do not change statutory deadlines or rights.
For annual cancellation, the refund is based on the amount actually paid and the unused part of the paid subscription period. A discount is not reversed by charging the used period at a higher monthly price. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Any refund already made for the same unused period is taken into account so the same payment is not refunded twice. This does not reduce any additional remedy you are entitled to by law. You may ask us to explain the effective cancellation date, access end date and refund calculation. A delay in updating the account or payment-provider screen does not change your rights.
Withdrawal, defects and repayment
Withdrawal has its own deadlines and repayment rules; see Withdrawal information and form. Delay or defects may entitle you to correction, a price reduction, termination for breach or compensation. These rights do not depend on a voluntary refund scheme. When you validly exercise withdrawal rights, we refund the full payment for the agreement you withdraw from and waive charges for use of the service before your withdrawal statement. This also applies where a withdrawal period longer than the usual 14 days applies.
Where the Norwegian Digital Services Act requires repayment following termination for breach or a price reduction, it must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the termination notice or price-reduction claim, using the same payment method unless you expressly accept another, and without a refund fee.
Incorrect charges and payment disputes
Report incorrect charges to billing@northvektorlabs.com. This does not restrict your right to contact your bank or payment provider. Keep relevant payment records, but do not send complete card details.
A refund or payment dispute does not by itself determine whether access can lawfully be restricted. Its effect on access and settlement must be assessed under the agreement and the law. Access on another basis and mandatory claims remain protected.
Complaints and evidence
Keep your order, document versions, dates and relevant messages. Complaints and claims concerning defects are sent by email to support@northvektorlabs.com. Unresolved cases may be referred to Forbrukertilsynet within its remit (https://www.forbrukertilsynet.no/); access to courts is not restricted.
Historical agreements and evidence of acceptance are not replaced by current text. Cancelling a subscription is different from deleting your account or withdrawing optional consent.
The contact addresses identify our usual channels. This does not limit statutory rights or the effect of a notice that is valid under mandatory law, even if it is received through another channel.
