You can generally withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after entering the agreement. Send an unequivocal withdrawal statement before the deadline. You may use the form below, but this is not compulsory. Failure to provide legally required withdrawal information may extend the deadline under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. If the legally required withdrawal information was not supplied, the period ends 12 months after the original deadline. If that information is supplied within the 12-month period, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after you receive it.

Recipient: support@northvektorlabs.com. Keep evidence that your statement was sent in time. An account or order reference can help us locate the agreement, but is not a mandatory condition for exercising withdrawal rights. We route enquiries internally, so you do not need to resend your request to another address.

The contact addresses identify our usual channels. This does not limit statutory rights or the effect of a notice that is valid under mandatory law, even if it is received through another channel.

When withdrawal is validly exercised, we refund the full payment for the agreement you withdraw from, without deducting service-use charges, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. We use the same payment method as the purchase unless you expressly agree to another without additional cost.

We waive charges for service use before valid withdrawal, including where you expressly requested an early start. This does not limit any longer withdrawal period that applies by law. Immediate access does not itself remove the right of withdrawal. The exception for a fully performed service requires actual full performance and fulfilment of the statutory requirements for prior consent and acknowledgement of loss of the right.

You are entitled to required contract information and the withdrawal form on a durable medium within a reasonable time after the agreement is made and no later than before the service starts.

When you submit a withdrawal statement through an electronic channel we offer for that purpose, you are entitled to immediate acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium. This acknowledgement does not replace your statement or change the withdrawal deadline. You can send an unequivocal withdrawal statement using the contact details above.
