Fix an invitation or missing pool
Check the account, invitation status and pool capacity. A private link can stop working without deleting your account or earlier predictions.

- Keep the invitation private; do not post it in public support messages.
What to do
- Confirm that you are signed in to the intended account.
- Reopen the original invitation and read its current status.
- Check My pools in case you already joined successfully.
- If access is still missing, ask the owner to check your membership and issue a valid invitation if appropriate.
Expired, revoked or fully used
The owner can inspect active invitations, revoke old ones or create a new one. Increasing an invitation's use limit does not increase the pool's membership capacity.
Already joined, removed or wrong account
A retry does not create another membership for the same account. If you joined with a different account or were removed, ask the owner to review access. Do not share credentials or assume another user's predictions will move with you.
