Invite friends to a private pool
Pool owners with the required access can create private invitations with the limits offered by the pool. Share the resulting link only with intended members.

- Open a private pool where you have invitation-management access.
- Check that the pool and your plan have available member capacity.
What to do
- Open the pool's members or invitation controls and choose Invite members.
- Review the expiration and use-limit choices, then create the invitation.
- Copy or share the generated link with the intended person.
- Review the invitation list and revoke links that should no longer be used.
Copy or sharing is blocked
Select the displayed invitation link and copy it manually. Cancelling the browser's share dialog does not itself revoke an invitation.
No invitation control or no capacity
Invitation controls depend on your role and pool policy. Use limits count successful invitation uses; separate pool and plan capacities still apply. Ask the owner to review access or capacity rather than creating more links.
Share an invitation
Use the pool’s invitation controls to share the invitation with its intended recipients. Keep private invitation links out of public posts.
