Why are results or rankings different?
Check the pool, event scope and scoring status first. Result confirmation, scoring updates and leaderboard refreshes are related but distinct steps.

- Compare the same tournament, season, pool and leaderboard scope.
What to do
- Check whether the event is scheduled, live, postponed or completed in the application.
- Review the saved prediction and the latest available points breakdown.
- Check which fixtures or race categories the pool includes and how ties are resolved.
- Refresh the current view after results and scoring are confirmed.
Results delayed or rank not updated
Provider information or scoring may still be pending. A completed event shown elsewhere is not proof that RivalLeague has a confirmed, scored result. Avoid repeatedly changing settings or submitting picks to force a refresh.
The difference remains
Record the pool name, event, displayed points and relevant time. Contact support with that context. Compare a world, pool and country ranking only after checking their separate scope and eligibility rules.
World and country leaderboards
Open the tournament’s World leaderboard and check All, Top or My position where offered. Search and page within the selected view. Use Countries for country standings and inspect the tournament and eligibility context before comparing it with a pool rank. Leaderboard country is set separately in Profile, with its own confirmation and cooldown; changing it is not a way to change prediction points.
