What to do
- Open Rules and inspect the active scoring profile and values.
- Open the fixture or your points view to compare your saved score with the result.
- Check whether awards stack or only the highest matching award applies.
- For champion or round bonuses, check the pool's specific eligibility and captured rule version.
The score differs from another pool
Pools can use different scoring configurations and included phases. A sample points table or another pool's maximum is not the authority for your award.
The result changed or the breakdown is delayed
Confirmed results and the active committed scoring version are authoritative. Wait for the relevant scoring update, then report the exact pool and fixture if the displayed breakdown still appears inconsistent. Do not resubmit a prediction to repair points.
