Understand service-window and maintenance messages
A service-window banner announces planned work. During an active window, some destinations can show a maintenance page until service is confirmed restored.

- Read the message and displayed time zone before interpreting the start or end time.
What to do
- Check whether the banner describes scheduled work or an active service window.
- During maintenance, keep the page open for its automatic status check and use any offered return action when service is restored.
- If status cannot be confirmed or the page remains blocked, wait and try again later. Report the page, time and message to support if the problem persists.
An end time is not proof of recovery
An estimated end or failed status check does not mean service is healthy. Follow the current screen rather than repeatedly submitting an action or trying another account to bypass maintenance.
Check your task after returning
Verify saved picks or other pending actions when access returns. A maintenance message does not itself confirm a submission or extend a prediction deadline.
