Save a football prediction
Football scores save automatically when both fields contain valid values. Wait for the submitted confirmation before the displayed deadline; a value still being edited is not proof of persistence.

- Sign in with verified access where requested and be an active member of the pool.
- Check the pool's Rules and the fixture deadline.
What to do
- Open My pools, select your football pool and open Predictions or the relevant fixture.
- Enter both home and away scores as whole numbers from 0 to 20, inclusive, for an unlocked fixture.
- Pause after entering both valid scores. The form saves automatically; wait for Submitted or the automatic-save confirmation. There is no normal Save click.
- Check the saved values. If the pool offers a champion pick, treat it as a separate choice with its own deadline.
Empty or invalid scores are not submitted
Both scores are required. Empty fields, fractions, negative numbers and scores above 20 are not submitted. An invalid edit shows Not saved · Invalid score and retains the last successfully submitted score. Correct the values and wait for autosave; clearing a field does not delete a saved prediction.
The save fails or its result is unclear
Keep a note of your choices, read the message and check your connection and session. Reopen the same pool and fixture to see the persisted value before retrying. The deadline still applies.
The fixture or champion choice is unavailable
The pool may exclude that phase, the schedule may not be ready, or the choice may be locked. Use the pool's actual rules and current event state; another pool's available choices do not prove this one is editable.
